The book has nearly 24 short stories and 'The Laughing Skull' is the first one. (This is the name of the book as well!). As usual, Ruskin Bond tales though simple, touch you to the core of your heart. These stories invoke different emotions. Some invoke chill, others laughter, while some let you brood over. The reason why I bought this book is due to its cover. The book appeal to me at the very first sight by its vibrant cover (I know, never judge a book by it's cover, but I did!).
